District Champions!

The U-14's repeated the trick completed the previous night by the U-16's and  lifted the district championship, but in very different circumstances.

In a tense final against Park View, NDA were never ahead in the game and scraped an equaliser to take the game to extra-time. Park View pressed well and prevented NDA from playing any football forcing the away side to play an un-natural direct game. Despite struggling to adapt to this style of play the boys cannot be faulted for their effort and commitment during the game. They never gave up, in fact never thought about giving up and their commitment and persistence paid off in the end as they scored the only goal of extra-time to win the game 4-3.

The boys were a credit to NDA and will now compete for the county championship at a later date...
